Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items with all designer tags attached inside the original shipping box to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
